Development

 Viridian consisted of subgrade and base preparation along with concrete paving, curb and gutter, and drainage work across multiple phases. The scope also included ADA work and utility adjustments throughout the project. 

 Bell Farms consisted of concrete paving, curb and gutter, and drainage work throughout the development. Flatwork was also completed in various areas of the project. 

 Harvest consisted of subgrade and base preparation along with curb and gutter and drainage work. The scope also included concrete flatwork and adjustments to utilities throughout the project. 

 Davis Park consisted primarily of curb and gutter and concrete paving throughout the project. Additional curb work was completed where required along the roadway. 

 Deer Meadows consisted of curb and gutter, paving, drainage work, and flatwork across multiple phases. The project also included ADA work and adjustments to existing utilities within the streets.

 Betenbough Office consisted of concrete paving and drainage work around the property. Curb and gutter and other flatwork were also completed as part of the exterior concrete scope.

 Westmont consisted of curb and gutter, concrete paving, and drainage work throughout the project. Utility adjustments were also completed as part of the concrete scope. 

 Burgamy Park consisted of curb and gutter, valley gutters, and flatwork along the roadway extension. The concrete scope also included city approaches and sidewalk. 

 Mockingbird Ridge consisted primarily of curb work and concrete drainage across multiple phases. Valleys, drainage channels, and other concrete drainage features were also completed throughout the project.

 Upland Crossing consisted of concrete paving, curb and gutter, drainage work, and flatwork throughout the development. The scope also included sidewalks and utility adjustments within the streets.

 June Estates consisted of earthwork, drainage work, and concrete flatwork as part of the development finish-out. The project also included concrete work associated with the entrance sign.

 Homestead consisted of concrete paving, curb and gutter, drainage work, and flatwork across multiple phases. The scope also included ADA work and utility adjustments throughout the streets.
